Cait is a natural at establishing and maintaining client relationships and is always willing to step up to the plate with the agency’s best interests in mind. Her professionalism, maturity and ability to take charge in any situation belie her relative newness to the advertising profession.

Cait has managed high-profile agency accounts such as Corning, Inc. and Northtown Automotive. She serves on TC&C’s Agency Council and was a member of its inaugural class. She has been a member of the Ad Club for the past three years and now serves on its board of directors.

Caitlin Waas is a credit to today’s young advertising/marketing professionals and is well deserving of the Future Star Award.
