BUFFALO, NEW YORK– Mark Wisz and Jill Wisz, co-owners of OtherWisz Creative Corporation, an advertising and design firm specializing in identity design and website development, announced that their firm has launched the #ConsiderTerraCotta marketing campaign for Boston Valley Terra Cotta, the nation’s most specialized architectural terracotta manufacturer. The campaign includes print, electronic and event marketing centered around a short film directed by Buffalo native Peter McGennis.
“At the center of a campaign is Peter’s stunning film that tells the Boston Valley Terra Cotta story. It is being used to invite the world’s architects to tour the factory in Orchard Park, NY,” stated Jill Wisz, “We want to pique their interest – when architects come to Boston Valley, and see first-hand the combination of craftsmanship and innovation, they almost always become clients.” Wisz added, “We want them to ‘ConsiderTerraCotta’ when they are specifying upcoming building or restoration projects.”
“The campaign was launched this Fall at the Facades+ Conference in Chicago, Illinois,” noted Mark Wisz, “It will continue into next year with print & electronic ads in leading architectural publications, social media, event graphics; all directing users to a dynamic microsite showcasing the movie at www.ConsiderTerraCotta.com.” Wisz added, “We are also in the planning stages for an ‘Innovations in TerraCotta Contest’ taking place next Fall that would challenge architects to experiment with the material.”
