Ru’s Pierogi, Resurgence Brewing Co. and Cole’s Restaurant & Bar are teaming up to host the first ever Pints & Pierogi tasting party at Delaware Park Marcy Casino on Saturday, November 15, 4:00pm-8:00pm. Tickets can be purchased for $20 at the door. The $20 goes toward tickets
good for purchasing pierogi and 12oz. beer samples. There will also be live music at the event.
The partnership between Ru’s Pierogi and Resurgence Brewing Co. goes beyond Pints & Pierogi. The two companies are integral components to the revitalization of Buffalo, and more specifically, Niagara Street. Ru’s is planning to open its production facility at 295 Niagara St. in 2016, while Resurgence can currently be found at 1250 Niagara.
Resurgence Brewing Co. offers choice, small batch beer in a positive environment. The Resurgence beer garden has been a local hot spot during the fall with a wide selection of creative and seasonal brews. The Resurgence beer list for Pints & Pierogi includes: Bridge Kolsch, Peanut Butter Porter, Oktoberfest and their flagship Resurgence IPA.
Ru’s Pierogi is a local food company specializing in delicious homemade pierogi. They make traditional flavors as well as more modern recipes. At Pints & Pierogi, guests will be able to choose from a full menu of pierogi including: Banana Pepper & Cheese, Sauerkraut with Kielbasa & Bacon, BBQ Pulled Pork, Roasted Red Pepper & Blue Crab with Garlic & Chives,
Bacon Cheeseburger and the award-winning Buffalo Chicken. The Ru’s Buffalo Chicken Pierogi was selected as Best New Product at this year’s Wing Fest.
