About Us

We are dedicated professionals that plan and implement conferences, seminars, special events and expos. We do this for our own events as well as outsourcing event planning services, and event management to corporations, and non-for-profit organizations. Our services specialize in Central New York and target cities such as Rochester and soon Albany.

BizEventz, Inc. coordinates many different types of events. These can be award and recognition breakfasts, luncheons and dinners; breakfast speakers; business seminars; trade shows, expos and of course Chamber Business Shows. The size of events can be as few as 100 people and up to 2,500. Our expertise is in business-to-business events, and we excel in that area because we understand that creating a niche allows us to be the best we can be. Our experience dates back over 11 years. BizEventz started as a department of the Central New York Business Journal (a local business-to-business publication) and then spun off on our own to become BizEventz in the year 1999.

We have always believe and implemented that honesty, credibility and integrity equals trust. We deliver this to our clients, sponsors, and attended to the event. We do this by listening to our customers' needs, deliver this, and then exceed their expectations. Community involvement is also important to us and that is why we give back to the community whether it is through our volunteer time, talent and wealth. One way we contribute to the community in which we do business is to make a donation on behalf of our 40 Under 40 award and recognition luncheons to a non-profit organization such as the United Way, Junior Achievement and School-To-Careers Partnership.
 

Services

Event planning and Event day management
We coordinate and implement an event from start to finish depending upon your needs. This may include creating timelines, meeting regularly with client, contacting vendors, obtaining and negotiating contracts with vendors on behalf of the client, creating marketing plans to increase attendance, telemarketing, creating back up plans, and finally attending and staffing the event to name a few of the tasks we undertake to ensure a successful event.

Event consultations
For those clients that wish to manage and implement their own event we are available as consultants. We will offer advice and suggestions to help guide you through pre-event and post-event planning, and even to support you on the day of the event.
