The GrowMotor™ approach has three parts:

Marketing Performance Process™

Marketing is broad, deep, messy, and undergoing radical change. You need a clearly defined process to take it from Rube Goldberg to Ferrari. The seven-step process is simple, memorable, and provides a common language for planning and implementation.

Marketing Performance Plan™

Dwight D. Eisenhower said, “Plans are worthless, but planning is everything.” We use planning to drive agreement, commitment, and action. We set goals, strategies to reach the goals, and actions that bring the strategies to life.

We designed the Marketing Performance Plan™ to be an easy-to-read instruction manual, clearly and simply explaining the terminology and actions at every step, so that even a new person could implement it.

Every Marketing Performance Plan™ includes a 2-year Marketing Performance Calendar™, and may include Product Plans and Marketing Action Plans for marketing tools, like the website or content management, or initiatives, like a promotion or a focus on raising awareness.

Marketing Performance Consulting™

We work to make our clients smarter and better marketers.

We give our clients the understanding, the process, and the tools to do great marketing themselves, and to become independently excellent, not dependent on us. Our consulting process follows the Marketing Performance Process™.

Many clients will choose Make It Great!™, the full engagement that covers all seven steps of the Marketing Performance Process™, culminating in a full Marketing Performance Plan™ after two or three months, with implementation advice for a full year after that.

Some want to take the process a few steps at a time, to get used to each other and try us out. Others are only looking for help in telling their story simply, clearly, and convincingly. They can start with It’s Easy for Us to Say!™. If they love what we do, it is simple to upgrade to the whole shebang, and Make It Great!™.

Our hope is that the clients we love will value our advice and insight so much that they will want to keep us as trusted coaches and advisers, beyond our first free year of implementation advice. Not to be dependent upon us, but to maintain an objective, independent voice from outside the company. We call it Keep It Great!™.
