As standard practice we quote all projects in writing prior to any go-sees or auditions. Booking inquiries should specify ultimate client and prospective terms of use (time-media-geography-advertising category) for quote and contract purposes.

Interested individuals ( Experienced or Aspiring WE DO NOT REPRESENT CHILDREN) submitting material to Nexus for possible representation should do it via e-mail for the most rapid response, sometimes within a few minutes of submission during regular business hours. (Mon-Fri 9-5) OR CALL 585-425-1306 X 303 for recorded information on Nexus and modeling agencies in general.)Snapshot submissions are acceptable for inexperienced applicants. Send jpg files. E-Mail submissions should be sent to newfaces@blackwood-steele.com. Please put something descriptive in your subject line i.e."New Face" or "Model Submission" etc. Be sure to include your stats and location. We ONLY respond to those submissions which are of interest. Interviews which may follow are by invitation only. Statistically, we agree to manage about 2% of submissions. We have NO open office calls. We MUST see photos before we see you. We do not respond to e-mail inquiries without attached photos. We do not respond to third party inquiries. Please do not phone the office regarding receipt of your material.
We do accept regular US Mail, FedEx, UPS submissions of printed material,VHS tapes,CDs and DVDs.(694 Macedon Center Road, Fairport, New York 14450) For material you wish returned you must include a self addressed stamped envelope.
