Rochester Community Television, Inc. (RCTV-15) is a not for profit organization that manages Channel 15, the public access station for the City of Rochester. The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution guarantees all citizens the right to freedom of speech. Community access cable television is designed to promote the free expression of ideas and citizen participation in the creation of media messages. We will air your program(see guidelines) or videotaped public service announcement at no charge, and offer low cost production and production classes.
The staff at RCTV-15 is made up of a diverse group of media professionals.

Stop by RCTV-15 Monday 10 a.m to 8 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 10 am to 7 pm, Thursday 10 am to 9 pm or Saturday 11 am to 4 pm to chat with our friendly staff about the resources available to anyone who wants to share a message, teach a skill or advocate for a cause.
