Effective creativity is what I'm all about. Sure, you can be wildly creative, but if your message doesn't create results, that's empty creativity. Whether it is writing a website (where visitors should instantly know who you are, what you do, and why you are different and better), creating a commercial (where you need to break through the clutter with a meaningful message), or concepting a product name and tagline (where you must be resonant, congruent, and differentiating), I strive to deliver on the concept of effective creativity.

As a writer for over 25 years, I began by creating articles on music for magazines such as Different Drummer, downbeat, and Fusion. As a copywriter, I've provided sales-inspiring copy for direct and agency clients from Bausch & Lomb to the University of California, covering a wide range of industries and types of advertising and marketing projects and programs. Extensive B-to-B and B-to-C marketing communications writing expertise with many websites and online content projects.

After 10 years as owner and Panamanian strongman of my own ad agency, Ingersoll et al, I then served as Associate Creative Director for Mason Marketing in Rochester NY.
