Affectionately called the "nursing home on the hill" we set out to dispel misperceptions and raise awareness for all that FBH had to offer. After consumer research and interviews with staff, we designed a campaign that fit well with their brand personality. At Fairport Baptist Homes it isn’t about the beautiful countertops (though they have those too) it’s about the care they provide. That’s why we focused on the caregivers in this campaign. When we talked to staff about their experiences with seniors, they moved us and we think they will move families to entrust us with their loved ones care.

Ovid Community Health is located in a small community where providers have been retiring or leaving the area. This new health center and the recruitment of experienced providers was a major endeavor. For marketing purposes, we focused on Dr. Liz Bogel-Ryan not only because of her excellent skills as a physician but because she came back to her home town (nearby Ithaca)to practice medicine and raise her family. Something the community could really appreciate.
Our objective was to increase awareness for FLCH across the Finger Lakes and feature their providers and support staff. It often "takes a village" to provide the best healthcare.
