A lawyer who can stimulate your creativity.
Uses Plain English. Offers World-Class Quality. Knows Business, Art and Computers.

My strength is in listening to what you want to do and quickly understanding your needs in depth. I am a lawyer who knows more than law. I run a business, have since 1989. I paint and draw and have sold photographs and stories, even a book. I have built my own computers and programmed code since punch card days. I have Ivy League degrees, have been quoted in Wall Street Journal, am admitted to practice in NY and the US Supreme Court and am a domain name judge for the World Intellectual Property Organization. I have worked in large, medium and small law firms, and a not-for-profit.

You can count on me to focus on the "counsellor" aspect of legal work. I have helped people start in business and have taught international companies how to be more efficient and effective in managing and exploiting their assets. I will guide you in the right directions to achieve your goals. I will certainly give you a variety of ideas on how to get there, and help you select wisely from among your options while staying within your budget.
