COLONIE, NY, June 15, 2006 – Shenise Productions, LLC, a Colonie-based video production company announced today that it is now providing both field and post production services in High Definition (HD) for national and local clients.
Shenise Productions has a long list of well-known clients, and owner Bob Shenise said the investment in HD made sense to service clients because of the growing popularity and use of the technology for broadcast, cable TV, marketing, infomercials, commercials, documentary and digital cinema video production.
“We have made a major investment in high definition field and post production capabilities to provide our national and local clients with state of the art digital cinema services,” said Shenise. “Our goal is to provide high definition production services to Capital Region clients at very competitive pricing.”
Shenise is currently working with The History Channel, filming on location in HD for its acclaimed show “Modern Marvels.” Colchester, VT, and Waterford, CT are locations for an upcoming show entitled “Copper.”
HD capabilities start with the much acclaimed Panasonic VariCam HD/Cinema camera -- a variable frame rate camera that acquires digital video with the sensitivity of film.
The post-production capabilities are centered around a Leitch Velocity HD NLE system
with over 5 terribytes of video hard drive space, plenty of room for documentary or feature film editing.
Bob Shenise has over 34 years of broadcast TV experience and produces videos for national and local clients.
