East Rochester, NY — August 9, 2007 — Spinergy is proud to announce that it has successfully completed the audit process and has become an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. The ISO certification process examines management and quality measures based on documented international standards.
Spinergy’s commitment to continuous improvement led the company through the process of standardizing its internal processes and quality control measures with the goal of becoming ISO 9001:2000 certified.
The company took into consideration feedback from customers, vendors and employees in order to determine how to improve its efficiency of operations and quality control measures within each area of its business.
“Spinergy undertook the ISO certification endeavor as part of our ongoing effort to streamline and improve our internal processes, management practices and our quality control measures,” said Spinergy President Mary Reeves. “We are committed to delivering quality products and services to our customers in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.”
