BUFFALO, NY – SKM Group announced today that Michael Mathis has been promoted to Chief Creative Officer. In this role, Mathis will be responsible for driving the agency’s creative product across all media.
Serving as Executive Creative Director at SKM for the past three years, Mathis has inspired exceptional work and impressed clients and coworkers alike with his vision and intuition.
Mike’s success and creative decisions are based on the unfailing belief that the most important word in advertising is YOU. “By tuning in to the customer, you get response,” says Mathis. “It’s our job to know what makes the viewer, surfer, reader or listener tick. What gets their attention, what do they like, what do they find funny, what do they trust, and most importantly, what makes them respond?”

Michael lives in the village of Williamsville, NY.
