Spinergy, a industry leader in CD, DVD and Blu-ray production, printing and packaging has completed the sale of the business to Brian Axtman, current Chairman, CEO and owner of Great Lakes Media Technology Inc.
With the ownership transition, Spinergy will retain its name and brand identity, and will continue to operate at current staff levels in its 79,000 square foot facility in Rochester, NY. In addition, the production facility and operations will remain certified to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Under the new leadership structure, Axtman will spearhead the company’s strategic growth with Jeff Mosca remaining in place to oversee the day-to-day operations as General Manager.
