Job Description
1. Job Entry and Oversight
A. Create job tickets, either directly with customer supplied information, or upon supplied quote approvals from Sales.
B. Ensure accurate representation of all job specifics in job ticket.
C. Schedule jobs and communicate deadlines with production manager. Monitor proofing process to deliver products and services on time.
D. Act as liaison between City Blue and the customer at all points of the production process.
E. Ensure correct / timely delivery of all orders including efficient and accurate preparation for and use of FedEx, UPS software, USPS processing, data entry and tracking of shipments.
2. Customer Satisfaction, Sales Growth & Retention
A. Ensure sufficient coverage of phones and counter at front office.
B. Effectively communicate with all walk in, web in and phone in customers to promote sales across all departments, services and product lines.
C. Ensure new customers are aware of full spectrum of services (blueprints, brochures, etc.)
D. Attend networking events to socialize with other printer and customer counterparts to promote City Blue awareness and sales opportunities
3. Prepress Assistance
A. Assist production department with preflight of incoming files, and proofing of print ready files back to customers.
B. Efficiently work in Adobe Acrobat to confirm order specifications: dimensions, color & resolution with customers.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Proficient utilization of Microsoft Office including excel.

Experience
Preferred candidate will have minimum of two years experience in print industry.
